Quickly, an investigation reveals that Sam works for an SMP called "Desperado Enterprises" which started the invasion of the capital of the Republic, where the American-Russian interests mingle.
The company Maverick Security is asked to send its men to allow an uncompromising liberation of the capital. Raiden, then endowed with new faculties, resumes service and prepares his revenge?
